Enrollment Agreement
The Los Angeles Skills Academy Nurse Assistant Training Program length is equivalent to 160 clock hours; 60 plus hours for classroom/lab and 100 hours for clinical where students work as Nurse Assistant Trainees under the direct supervision of an Instructor in a long-term care facility. The class hours meet the guidelines for state-approved Nurse Assistant Training hours in California. There is no guarantee of transferability to other states or institutions, but copies of academic/attendance records will be provided upon written request. Below is the schedule of classes that we offered, please register for the class you would like to attend under Classes and Pricing.
Weekdays, Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Weekends, Saturday - Sunday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Part-Time Evening, Monday - Friday 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Days of training may vary, please check the schedule of the class you wish to attend.
The Los Angeles Skills Academy Nurse Assistant Training Program reserves the right to cancel any class for which there is insufficient enrollment. The school can also deny enrollment if the class is filled to capacity. Classes may be canceled for unforeseen events like poor weather conditions, government-issued lock-down, facility compliance survey or instructor emergency, a make-up plan will be created for your class as soon as possible. Please note that graduation may be delayed until all hours are made-up.
The training and recruitment for the Nurse Assistant Training Program are done in English; students are required to read and write English at a minimum of an 8th-grade level. All training information is provided prior to enrollment in the class. English as a second language (ESL) student has the right to share this information with parties to gain understanding.
Tuition must be paid by the due dates provided in order to continue attending the class. Failure in paying the remaining balance by the due date will result in withdrawal from the program and the fees forfeited. Upon completion of the program, the student will be qualified to take the state certification (CNA) exam. The Nurse Assistant Training Program does not guarantee the student passing of the state test and employment upon graduation.
This Enrollment Agreement is made in accordance with the policies and procedures set forth in the Catalog. Please read carefully both documents. By signing you agree to the terms stated therein. You will be responsible for the full payment of all tuition and fees as stated in the Catalog. In signing this Enrollment Agreement, the student states that their responses on the admission application are true and correct, and they meet the admission requirements published in the Catalog, which is available on the website and can be provided over email or paper copy per student's request.
NURSE ASSISTANT TRAINING PROGRAM COST
Total cost payable to Los Angeles Skills Academy for this training is $2000.00 (includes a $250.00 non-refundable application fee). Each student will be responsible for additional expenses (see below).

The time period covered by this Agreement starts the date of Applicant's Signature and continues in effect until training is complete.
The Enrollment Agreement is legally binding when signed by the student Applicant and accepted by the LA Skills Academy representative. If registering online, the student is agreeing to the enrollment agreement by way of paying for the class. A checkbox replaces the need for signature when registering online.
